Nadia Buari’s new movie, ‘Deranged’, is set to hit the big screens in Kumasi after a successful premiere in Accra.
The award-winning movie will premiere at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology on Saturday, November 11, with a grand red carpet ceremony which will attract some cast of the movie and some other big stars in Ghana.
Still showing in Accra cinemas, ‘Deranged’ had a sold-out premiering event couple of weeks ago in the capital.
Movie enthusiasts came out in their numbers to watch the movie at the Silverbird Cinemas at Accra and West Hills Malls.
The cinemas were packed with a huge crowd by 6:30pm, with patrons eager to see the movie, which tells the story of a young girl who falls in love with her teacher.
Some members of the star-studded cast like Nadia Buari, Zynnell Zuh, Priscilla Opoku Agyeman (Ahoufe Patri) and the crew also took turns to take pictures and engaged fans and the media on the red carpet. Some of them are expected to be in Kumasi for the premiere.
