The vehicle to be presented to the winner
Shell has rewarded some lucky customers across the country for their loyalty over the past 90 years in Ghana.
The Shell Customer Contact Day was set aside to interact and solicit feedback from the valued customers at Shell Retail Stations, lorry parks and lubricant distribution outlets across the country.
Speaking at the event, the Finance Manager of Vivo Energy Ghana, Jean-Michael Arlandis, said the “customer relationship is a lifetime commitment, and so giving more value to customers is what will keep them coming.”
Shell has launched a number of initiatives, including Shell App, Helix 5W*30 in partnership with quick restaurants, as well as introduction of pit stops, among others, to enhance customer relations.
Michael Arlandis said that “Shell will continue to lead in innovations, quality and safety to give more to customers and also impact in their lives.”
Some of the customers praised shell for offering them quality service.
They said “we will not hesitate to abandon other filling stations to continue with Shell Fuel since they have tight relationship with us.”
The event is also to inform customers about the Shell ‘No. Y3 Deep’ promo reloaded under which fantastic prizes, including brand new Hyundai grand i10 cars, 1–6 months free fuel and over GHc100,000 prizes would be given to winners across the country.
The theme for this year’s Shell Customer Contact Day was “Giving Customers More Value than Expected.”
