Bury Your Anger And Pain In The Ballot Box – Mustapha Hamid To Delegates

A Deputy National Organizer of the New Patriotic Party, Nuhu Mahama has urged Regional Executive aspirants of the Party who fail to secure positions they contested for, should remain faithful to the Party.
According to him, faithful Party members remain and support the Party in any legitimate way to ensure the growth and victory in elections.
Mr. Mahama was speaking at the Upper East Regional Executive Election held in Bolgatanga in the Upper East Region. The total number of delegates from the 15 constituencies in the Region is 303.
He was happy with the peaceful Campaigns by the various aspirants and prayed that it remained the same after the elections.
The Minister of Information, Dr. Mustapha Hamid who hails from the Upper East region called on all delegates and aspirants to bury any pain or anger from the campaigns, and be ready to serve the New Patriotic Party in any capacity they may be assigned.
“As you put your ballot paper into the box, just bury your anger and pain in the box, so that no one goes home with pain or hurts from the campaigns. We need to work hard to grow the Party in the Upper East Region. Let’s not forget that representation in Parliament is very important for the growth of the Party in the Region, and we have to work hard to get more seats in Parliament come 2020 and secure victory for the Party.”
Dr. Mustapha Hamid has promised to support the NPP in the Upper East Region in anyway he can to get the Party more Parliamentary seats come 2020 and victory for the Party.
At the time of filing this report at 1:45pm, there was no disturbance at the GNAT Hall in Bolgatanga and election had just began.
Other dignitaries that graced the opening ceremony included, Council of State Member, His Excellency Sulemana Yirimia, the Upper East Regional Minister, Rockson Ayine Bukari, Deputy Regional Minister and Member of Parliament for Zebilla, Hon. Frank Fuseini.
Others included former Information Minister, John Akologo Tia who represented the National Democratic Congress at the event. There were representatives from the Peoples National Congress and the Convention Peoples Party.
