Ambassador Sophia Horner-Sam at the Royal Palace
Ghana’s new ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, H.E M.S Sophia Horner-Sam, is not only a woman of great acumen and academic excellence but also has an enviable fashion style.
She dazzled with her beautiful Kente dress when she presented her letters of credence to His Majesty King Willem-Alexander of the Kingdom of the Netherlands at the Royal Palace in The Hague on Wednesday, October 25 2017.
It was, indeed, a sheer display of Ghanaian culture at the Royal Palace. Simply put Ghana beautiful Kente took over the Royal Palace of the Netherlands. Members of her entourage were all clad in beautiful Ghanaian designs to also promote brand Ghana out there.
Sophia Horner-Sam is a Ghanaian diplomat and politician.
She is member of the New Patriotic Party and previously served as Deputy Western Regional Minister during the John Agyekum Kufour administration. In July 2017, President Nana Akuffo-Addo appointed her as Ghana’s ambassador to the Netherlands. She is raising the flag of Ghana high out there.
